Where to find your trips, and what the Itinerary, Price and Your team tabs show.
Your trips
When you sign in, you'll see every trip you're on with this agency, grouped as Proposal in progress, Booked, Traveling now and Past trips. An upcoming trip with fixed dates shows a countdown, and a proposal waiting for your answer is marked Ready for you to review. Choose a trip to open it.
The tabs
- Itinerary — your trip day by day: where you're staying, how you're getting around, and what you're doing. An item can carry a description, photos and, where it applies, a meeting point and what's included. If your dates aren't fixed yet, the days are shown as Day 1, Day 2 and so on.
- Price — the trip's price, the deposit and when each payment is due. You'll see this tab if you're the trip's lead traveler or have full access. Prices can change until your deposit is confirmed.
- Your team — what happens next and what you need to do, the people looking after your trip, and how to reach them. Email your team writes to all of them at once, so you get an answer even when one of them is away.

Always what you were sent
Your trip page shows the trip as your travel advisor last sent it to you — never their work in progress. When they send an update, the page shows the update.
Who sees what
What you see depends on your access to the trip — for example, someone with limited access sees the itinerary without prices. See Privacy and who sees what.
